In our green park right in front of Lake Garda you can do yoga, meditation and free body sports.

Relax with a certified teacher who guides you in the practice or alone according to your daily sports routine, among the centuries-old trees in the warm summer shade.

The park is for the exclusive use of our hotel guests, as is the swimming pool: in this way we completely guarantee your privacy.

We are now on the home stretch! Our Wine Hotel is quickly taking shape, the furnishings and some small details are missing and we will soon be open for your relaxation in Lugana di Sirmione, right in front of Lake Garda.

In your comfortable suite, you will not need keys, but only a code for direct access to the room. Then you will have a corner dedicated to the seating area with a small desk for your computer and to answer a few emails. There will also be a coffee & tea corner for a break or a cuddle before sleeping. The bed will be comfortable and large: a square and a half for each guest, for a relaxed and satisfying sleep. The spacious balcony will give excellent natural light to the room, overlooking the lake coast.

La Fenice bistrot, right in front of our structure, offers innovative and 70% vegetable cuisine, with tasty and gourmet dishes including zero kilometer meat and fish.

Lugana Trattoria, on the other hand, offers more traditional and typical local cuisine. Strong dish? Grilled fish, visible inside the restaurant.

Work continues in our new Wine Hotel: the flooring is now finished, even in the garage area. During the week we will have numerous meetings to choose the details of the future suites: fragrances, perfumes, towels, sheets and bedside rugs.

Everything will make your stay more pleasant, without forgetting the wine-themed experience that we will organize specifically for your free time in the Ca’ dei Frati family business.

Right in front of our facility you will have numerous possibilities for lunch and dinner, but also for aperitifs and snacks!

In fact, La Fenice, our own pastry shop and café, has also become a Bistro since 2024: an innovative culinary proposal that combines Italian and Asian flavours, with a preferably vegetarian twist. Each dish is paired with a Ca’ dei Frati wine, to complete the culinary experience. Here, in addition to the always different offer for lunch and dinner, the menu varies weekly and you can also find quicker snacks. A totally open and exposed kitchen will crown your meal here.

At the same address, but in the next building, is La Lugana Trattoria, our historic restaurant, born almost thirty years ago: the proposal here is traditional, with classic Mediterranean dishes; our strong point: grilled fish and meat cooked in sight. In this case it is better to book.

Both venues are very comfortable and easily accessible: just cross the street!

The lake view, with a splendid Monte Baldo that changes colors in every season, is what distinguishes our structures: Lugana Parco al Lago Hotel and the Wine Hotel Lugana Parco al Lago under construction.

For this reason, in the project we created for the new hotel, the rooms all face the lake and have large windows to let warm light enter the suites, like a relaxing caress for the guests who will experience our rooms.

But that’s not all: these large windows, which will be well darkened during the night to ensure a restful sleep, will provide access to the balcony, which each room is equipped with. A covered outdoor space, which can therefore be used at any time of the day and year, set up with comfortable sofas and a lovely table for relaxing in the lake breeze.

Work is progressing towards the opening of our new Wine Hotel!

We are laying the marble for the stairs that connect the three floors of the hotel.

In the meantime we are taking care of the details of the rooms: each suite will have a particular full-wall black and white photograph representing the Ca’ dei Frati vineyards, to give a modern touch to the environment and to better connect the guest with the experience in the area.

We are completing the structure of the rooms and in the meantime we are proceeding with the finishing touches for our garage. In fact, the Wine Hotel will also have this service: a comfortable covered garage, dedicated to each of our twelve suites.

You can then arrive with your own or rental car and park for free on the -1 floor of our structure at the number corresponding to your room, then you will take the lift and arrive comfortably on the floor of your suite. All you have to do is relax!

With this dedicated parking space, we want to guarantee you maximum privacy and above all the greatest possible comfort, particularly in case of bad weather.

Here is our Wine Hotel with twelve splendid suites facing the gentle waves of Garda.

Spacious rooms (34 square meters each!) with a lounge corner for rest and relaxation after a day spent out and about, an open space double bedroom with two queen size beds, a large and comfortable open space shower and a balcony very large to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The structure is located in the center of Lugana di Sirmione, away from the Sirmione traffic, but a stone’s throw from the historic center which can be easily reached by car, bus or with one of our rental bicycles for a greener choice.
